Repair PolicyAt Avril Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. Most of our jewelry is made to order with care and attention to detail, which means we do not offer refunds at this time.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your piece requires repair due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you believe there is an issue.
Note: Repairs needed due to wear and tear, mishandling, or accidental damage are not covered under this policy but may be available for a fee.
